What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 1 day.

Can I change the delivery and pickup dates of the order?

The Customer can change the delivery and pickup dates of the order, provided that he or she contacts UPABABY®, via email ([email protected]) up to 3 business days before the delivery date and receives confirmation by UPABABY® regarding the possibility of such changes.

Can I change the length of the rental period during this period?

Yes, provided that you contact UPABABY® by the email [email protected] and receive information from us confirming this possibility.

I would like to rent a stroller for 7 days and a high chair for 14 days. Is this possible?

Yes. When ordering, you have the possibility of selecting for each equipment the delivery and pickup dates that are more convenient for you.

Is there a policy for cancelling orders (in the case of rental)?

The Customer may cancel the agreement with UPABABY® up to 7 days prior to the delivery date and any amount debited to the UPABABY®’s account will be returned via bank transfer within a maximum of 6-8 days, with an additional 10€ fee for administration charges which is subtracted from the amount already sent after formalising the order.

Can the equipment be delivered and picked up at different addresses?

Yes. When ordering, you have the possibility of choosing the delivery and pickup addresses that are more convenient for you.

What happens if I am not at the place to receive the order?

If the person who should receive the order is not found at the indicated delivery address, a new attempt will be made after contacting the customer to set a new delivery time. If again the delivery cannot be fulfilled, then the order will return to UPABABY®. For each unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer will be charged an extra amount of 10€.
If your delivery address is at a hotel and you are not present at the time of delivery, you should inform the hotel that you are expecting an order from UPABABY®.

What are the payment methods available?

You can pay via:
Bank transfer

If you pay via Bank Transfer, you are required to send the proof of payment to the email [email protected]
For payments via PayPal, an extra 4,8% is added to the amount of the order.

Is it necessary to have a PayPal account?

No. When selecting this option on the website, you are redirected to the PayPal website. If you are already a Customer, you can enter your account data and proceed with payment. If you are not a Paypal Customer yet, the data will be required to pay for the order.

Is the rented equipment new?

All rented equipment by UPABABY® is new or in mint condition. Before each rental, the equipment is carefully checked to ensure that you get the best conditions.

How is carried out the cleaning of the equipment?

All equipment hired by UPABABY ® are cleaned after every hire, with suitable detergents and secure products that are intended for use by children.
