How it works Baby equipment rental?

It’s simple! The service is flexible. It is possible to rent by:

• short periods of duration, 1 to 7 days, 8 to 14 days or 15 to 28 days.
• long durations, for 2 months, 4 months or 6 months (only available on some products).

Regarding delivery and collection locations, you can choose between:

• several locations in mainland Portugal.
• Lisbon and Porto airports (24/7 service, by appointment).

It is also possible to request deliveries and collections between different cities.

How is the final rental price made up on Upababy?

Final Price = Product rental price + delivery fee + pickup fee + payment method fee (when applicable)

What do you pay to rent a product?

To formalize the rental of a product it is necessary to pay the following:

Order = Final Price + Security Deposit*

*Security Deposit: This amount works as a deposit and will be returned at the end of the rental period.

How to rent a product?

It is a 5-simple step process:

1. Select the products you need at www.upababy.pt;
2. Choose delivery and collection dates;
3. Indicate the place of delivery and  the place of collection;
4. Choose the most convenient payment method for you (Bank Transfer, Paypal);
5. Finalize the rental;

After finalizing the rental, Upababy will process your order.

• First, it will check the availability of equipment in the requested period
• Then, it will send the payment information in less than 24 hours
• Finally, the order will be concluded after payment confirmation.

Tip

Upababy always advises that rentals should be planned in advance. The ideal will be 14 to 30 days before. In this way, you will be able to select the products you like the most and the delivery and collection times that are most convenient for you.
