You were very helpful in delivering the items prior to our arrival in Portugal, and were responsive and friendly throughout. My only issue was it was hard for me to find info on the Graco Mirage Set online, which was the one we got. Eduardo sent me the manual which was helpful. Everything else was fantastic. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism and ease.

Upababy did a great job in correspondence. The items were delivered as promised promptly in the morning. We had one snag with the pick up where we waited a long time on the day of pick up and the driver never arrived. However, the team was very kind and apologetic and worked out a solution. Refund of deposit was prompt. An item we rented was missing pieces and they got the missing pieces out right away for us. Otherwise the quality of the items were excellent. Prices were reasonable especially for a longer stay compared to the local competition. I would recommend this service for travel.

This company was a wonderful find, it got me out of a real problem. The ordering on line did not work, but it was handled by internet with no problems. Delivery and pick up were excellent. The item I hired was a baby car seat, the condition was good and it was clean. What more can you ask for? definitely recommended.

Fantastic service, always quickly replied to my questions pre-rental and provided me with suitable alternatives and options. The airport collection and drop off was so quick and easy making our late night arrival and early morning departures very easy. Great equipment and I highly recommend this service to anyone.
