Delivery of rented baby equipment in the airport

Delivery and pick up of the rented baby equipment at Lisbon Airport or at Porto Airport

Airport fee: 20 €*

We deliver your equipment on arrival of your flight (we will wait for you in the arrivals helding a sign with your name), and pick the equipment up 2h00 before the estimated time of departure (in front of the check-in area corresponding to your flight). To do so you will have to provide UPABABY the information regarding your flights (flight number, origin, time of arrival/departure) 48 hours ahead of completion of the service.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

UPABABY is not responsible for possible delays or for the need to re-schedule the service when the customer is absent at the time scheduled for delivery. In this case it will not be returned any amount related to time of hire not enjoyed.

You do not have to worry if your flight is delayed, because when you send us the data of your flight, we will systematically check the actual time of arrival, and we will be there waiting for you.

Orders placed with a delivery time of less than 3 days

Prices shown on the website apply to all orders completed with the minimum of 3 days to rental start date.

We deliver your equipment in Lisbon and Porto. For a different city please contact us. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays additional fees may be applied .

UPABABY is not responsible for possible delays in the delivery of the rented equipment arising from the absence of the customer at the time of equipment delivery. In this case it will not be returned any amount related to time of hire not enjoyed.
