Voyager avec bébé – checklist

Travel Gear

Car seat

Indispensable for safe travel by car, plane, train or bus. Obligatoire selon la loi de se déplacer en voiture particulière (article 55 du code de la route).

Stroller

Breastfeeding

Bring a shawl or a soft tissue to give you and your baby some privacy when you are breastfeeding in places with many people, such as during the flight. If you want to extract milk during the holidays take a milk extractor.

Bottle

If you want to feed the baby with milk previously extracted or with formula bring enough for the trip. It might be interesting to take sufficient amount for the entire holiday period, so you don’t have to worry if it is available at your destination. Must carry enough formula, bottles, teats, sterilizing equipment and a bottle warmer.

Meals

Lightweight bottles or containers of homemade foods or pre-prepared foods. If you are going to fly, the restrictions do not apply to baby food and drinks, so take the opportunity to carry more than you think it will be necessary for the trip.

Snacks
